Officials of Safex Chemicals and Bayer at the BLF initiative MoU signing
Safex Chemicals has entered into a strategic partnership with Bayer under the Better Life Farming (BLF) initiative. In this partnership, Safex Chemicals will play a pivotal role in upskilling farmers and supporting BLF centers with knowledge on Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and Integrated Nutrient Management (INM). These efforts will help smallholder farmers adopt cost-effective crop protection and nutrition practices tailored to their local conditions.
The first phase of the initiative will focus on 400 Better Life Farming centers in Bihar and Uttar Pradesh, regions where a large population of marginal farmers remains underserved. Through this collaboration, Safex will introduce their crop protection solutions and sustainable farming practices empowering farmers to adopt smarter, resource-efficient techniques that lead to higher productivity and profitability per unit of land.
The Better Life Farming initiative is a global, multi-stakeholder partnership led by Bayer AG, in collaboration with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), Netafim, and Yara Fertilizers. The initiative is designed to address key value chain needs of smallholders, unlock their agricultural potential, and improve profitability and resilience in farming communities.
S K Chaudhary, Chairman at Safex Chemicals, said, “We are proud to collaborate with Bayer on the Better Life Farming initiative. This aligns perfectly with our long-term vision of enabling farmers with the right tools and knowledge. Together, we aim to deliver solutions that not only improve yields but also enhance farm incomes and promote environmental stewardship.”
This collaboration is set to benefit thousands of smallholder farmers by equipping them with innovative, affordable, and sustainable solutions aimed at improving crop productivity and enhancing livelihoods.

It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using ‘Content here, content here’, making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for ‘lorem ipsum’ will uncover many web sites still in their infancy.
